For an around-the-town car or for his parents? All we know is Coleman’s got the keys to one of Honda’s most popular small crossovers, as of late.

Mike Coleman, AKA The Hammer, has a new reason to smile for the new year, a fresh set of wheels, a 2026 Honda HR-V to be exact.

Congratulations are in order courtesy of Roush Honda after sharing that the 61-year-old former fighter just took ownership of brand spankin’ new Honda HR-V in Platinum White Pearl.

In the photo, Coleman is standing next to salesperson @JosieJunjajan, giving her best bicep flex.

Coleman is wearing a hoodie commemorating the 2024 Ohio State Men’s Football Team National Championship, an F3 energy Hat, and Jordan Dunks.

Behind Coleman you can see the new HR-V. At over 6 feet, Coleman towers over the roof of Honda’s best-selling crossover.

As to why Coleman picked up the HR-V, your guess is as good as mine.

Two of Coleman’s daughters are of driving age, in their mid-20s.

Coleman’s been in the news as of late for being on the up and up from saving his parents from a house fire two years ago.

Nothing official’s been cited re their parents car in the blaze, but one comment on Reddit does say Coleman’s parents vehicle didn’t make it, so perhaps this is a replacement?

Regardless of the reason, Coleman picked a good one as the HR-V is one of Honda’s most reliable offerings.

Congrats on the new HR-V, Coleman. And, many happy miles for you and for whoever uses it.
