Forever 21 and Honda combined forces to introduce an exclusive throwback wardrobe for men and women that’s got me super hyped.
Finding legit motorsports clothing that looks good and doesn’t look like you ordered it straight out of a catalog from the 90s can be a struggle. And when you do find something that looks good, it costs an arm and a leg. I can’t believe I’m saying this but Forever 21’s got your back. According to Forever 21 in an official press release they dropped earlier today (Jan. 23,2018) they’ve collaborated with Honda Racing to introduce a one-of-a-kind clothing lineup for men and women that focuses on, “iconic Honda designs from the early 1980’s and action sportswear of the 1990’s.”

Despite what you’d think, Forever 21 and Honda decided to focus on their motorcycle lineup instead of their cars which honestly doesn’t get much exposure outside of racing beside a couple of badass BMX stars or the occasional motocross exhibition that might roll through town. It’s a win-win situation for both parties, Honda wants to introduce a new demographic to their sweet bikes and Forever 21 not only gets the street cred of legit motorsports wear but bumps up the number of males shopping in their predominantly female wear store. More importantly, women get exposed to motorsport in a place they’d normally not.
“Collaborating with a brand like Forever 21 allows us to introduce Honda motorcycles to a completely new audience,” Mike Snyder, Senior Manager of Honda Powersports Marketing said. “We are very happy with the collection they have developed. It does a great job of blending Honda’s Racing history with Forever 21’s fashion sense.”
Most of the clothing like crop tops and bottoms are focused on women but there are a couple of cool looking long-sleeve T’s and legit looking hoodies that honestly I’m getting a hankering to order something in the next couple of days. With prices ranging from $17-$34, it’s affordable.
To sweeten the deal and get a couple of more people interested, Forever 21 is running an Instagram contest where you have to post up a couple of photos of you with their merch on. Check out the Instagram post above for details.
One lucky winner gets a Honda CRF250L, Honda’s entry-level adventure bike. If you don’t want the bike, the cash equivalent of around $5,900 is pretty enticing too.
