FR Legends is getting an update that will really show just how versatile this game is by taking it back to its roots, touge mountain time attack.
Drifting and time attack, it all started in the mountains of Japan and FR Legends creators are preparing a couple of mountain courses for you to enjoy in their upcoming update that’s yet to be released. Chen Jing, admin of FR Legends official Facebook group, posted up an update earlier yesterday (Nov. 23,2018) with two words, “It’s coming.” Also, he posted up a screenshot of what looks like mountain time attack complete with Max Speed, Average speed and the total time it takes you to complete the circuit.

Also, if you follow FR Legends on Instagram, the admin posted up a video on his Instagram story that, if you’ll forgive me if you’re reading this game devs for downloading it, shows actual game footage from the touge. Check that out below, too!’
Keen eyes will notice that the devs chose to create sections from one of the most recognizable mountain touges in the world, Gunsai. If you’ve ever watched Best Motoring, any video with Keichi Tsuchiya really, they oftentimes do touge time attack battles ala Initial D between one or two cars at Gunsai.
It’s a real place and yes, you can even find it on Google Maps. It’s become quite the tourist destination so they even have a little shop area where you can go before you rip it on these mountain roads.

No official release date for this particular update but expect it to drop sometime before the New Year!
