If you want to see an inebriated Richard Hammond, here’s a very short video showing just that.
Richard Hammond didn’t know it but the sight of him stumbling about near a UK bar earlier yesterday (Mar. 28, 2019) apparently improved Redditor Kiplay_Kek’s night so much he decided to whip out his smart phone, record the momentous occasion and share it with the rest of the internet. It’s not much, quite honestly, but in the five seconds shared, there’s so much to unpack, at least as this blog is concerned. Check out the video for yourself below.

The Grand Tour host clearly is at his limit here but thankfully he’s surrounded by some kind bar folk who are willing to lend a helping hand, quite literally, so he doesn’t topple over.
As of this writing, Season 3 of The Grand Tour is being released on Amazon Prime and in researching about the drinking habits of this motley crew, according to a recent interview picked up by The Sun all three enjoy a drink on and off set. Imagine their surprise that during their recent Mongolia special, all three had to forgo alcohol for an entire week.
This is not the first time Hammond’s been spotted by a set of lenses after some shots. As per the Daily Mail, a keen-eyed photog was able to catch Hammond passed out, also clearly past his limit, after a restaurant opening.
To be honest, if there’s any of the triumvirate who deserves to enjoy himself within his limits, it’s the Hamster. Fans of the show know that he’s survived at least two high-speed crashes where even May and Jezza were convinced they’d seen the last of him.
And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention what a snappy dresser Hammond is in this short vid. Good on you, Richard, for dressing to the 9’s on a weekday.
