Livestreaming with two phones, no seatbelt on, and eyes NOT on the road, @_lookinameerah did everything BUT drive.

Instagram Influencer and entrepreneur Jazmine Ammerah Cheaves, who goes by @_lookinameerah on Instagram, crashed and rolled her car over 100 yards while she was distracted driving, one phone pointed at her and another phone in her hand as she drove at highway speeds in the fast lane. Although Jazmine maintains this crash was not her fault, as the phone pointed to her hints, she was livestreaming the entire time, her crash all caught on video.

Check out the video saved on Youtube below.

With over 300,000 followers on Instagram, among the most popular ways to keep followers in the loop with everything going on, livestreams are a popular choice. Unfortunately, many Instagrammers livestream while driving, with the attention divided between the road and their smart phone, a potentially lethal combo.

That’s exactly what happened here.

To make it worse, Jazmine was looking at another phone and didn’t even have her seatbelt on.

According to AceShowBiz.com, Jazmine and her passengers were traveling in the HOV lane of some Georgia freeway. We can make out rain falling outside, if that wasn’t enough reason to give your undivided attention to your driving.

Allegedly, there was a car driving in their HOV lane without any passengers (as if that has anything to do with anything.) Jazmine claims she was hit but video evidence points to the contrary.

Regardless, according to the AceShowBiz’s report.

Ameerah also gave her followers an update on her account. Alongside a video of the aftermath of the crash, she wrote, “WE ARE OK … please don’t call my phone right now. We are ok. Thanks for your concern..” However, she made it clear that she wasn’t to blame for the crash as she continued, “It was not MY FAULT !! regardless! We flipped and rolled 100 yards but we are blessed to be alive. BLESSED AF.”

After the crash we can hear emergency roadside services trying to make contact with Jazmine and any of her passengers. We can also hear Jazmine presumably yelling at the other driver, pointing out the condition her car now is, most likely totaled.

Jazmine posted up this update after her video went viral.

First of all, I’m glad to know no one was seriously injured or worse.

With that out of the way, I have absolutely zero f***s to give for this type of driving behaviour. I don’t care how she tries to paint it, distracted driving is distracted driving, no ifs, ands, or buts.

While we can’t say for sure, more than likely Jazmine could’ve avoided the other car had she been paying attention like a normal driver.

It’s against the law in most states to even touch your phone while driving and it’s the case in Georgia, illegal to write, read, or send a text while driving.

Everyone has bad driving habits and distracted driving is among the worst to have. To double down on distracted driving with another phone in your hand and flaunting safety with no seatbelt, you’re just asking for it.
