These absolute mad lads let their intrusive thoughts win and drove under a piece of farming equipment at speed.

If you live in the countryside or any farm land you might come across a drivable piece of farming equipment with extendable arms and tall tires, like, really tall tires.

Here’s an example of what I’m talking about from John Deere.

It’s called a self-propelled sprayer, it’s got a tank with over 1,000 gallons, and it’s often filled with bug killing pesticides.

Because it has to clear the taller crops, it’s several feet tall.

This John Deere one, a 412R is rated to clear at least five feet.

Video’s emerged, this one posted to the /r/WTF subreddit, showing the moment intrusive thoughts win when a driver and his mates in an Audi S4 drives under a self-propelled sprayer driving in front of them.

The original thread is linked here and a copy of their video is posted below.

In the video, we see them driving behind the self-propelled sprayer.

Thankfully /u/nicoleeeeeeeeeeeee, who knows a bit of Romanian, left a translation.

“No, no, no, he doesn’t know what’s happening.”

“Look, look, do you see it?”

“You have to be mentally stable.”

“No dude, I wouldn’t do it.”

At this point, they slowly drive forward, underneath sprayer.

According to car.info, the tallest Audi S4 is 4 feet 8 inches. This one probably a little lower with a full load.

“Dude, look, how?”

“Dude, that was bad a**, bad a**. WAAAAAAA.”

What I would give to see the look on that farmer’s face.

It goes without saying, but this is extremely dangerous, and I do not endorse this type of stunt.

For one, I doubt he knew with 100 percent certainty he’d make it through and, if he didn’t, it would not be pretty.

FYI that John Deere above retails for north of $400,000 used so, you can imagine how pissed that farmer would be if you damaged his sprayer that cost as much as a house.

But, no harm, no foul, right?

And, now we know.

Yes, someone can drive underneath a self-propelled sprayer.

Just don’t do it yourself.
