-More than one user on social media spotted the scammer’s Honda Civic in Dyker Heights, N.Y.
-Initial victim gives update.
The owner of the silver Honda Civic used in the now viral Brake Check Insurance Fraud attempt on the Belt Parkway isn’t trying hard to hide their car as it’s already been spotted several times street-parked in Dyker Heights, NY.
TikTok user @Can_7.7 and Instagram user @LongIslandMemess have both shot videos showing the two-door Honda Civic street parked, the Civic is confirmed to be the one in the dashcam video as it shows matching plates and damage consistent with a rear-end accident.
Check out their dashcam videos below.

@LongIslandMemess didn’t hold back when asked where exactly he was in the video, stating the Civic was found in the 1300 Block of 62nd St. between 13th and 14th Ave (Exact location on Google Maps linked here.)
The Civic spotting wasn’t the only update. Ashpia Natasha, the victim has since posted another TikTok video thanking everyone who reposted their dashcam video and updated us on the status of her situation.

“As far as the damages to our car, there’s a little bit more than $8,000 but our insurance is going to be covering it.”
“We also went to the police precinct for the 4th time. Unfortunately, they can’t give us a definitive answer right now regarding pressing charges. At this point, we are going to contact some lawyers.”
“On the bright side, we have also been speaking to some news channels who are willing to broadcast our video which is good because the more exposure this video gets the better chance we have at finding out who these people are.”
As it stands, it looks like the police and possible lawyers she’s reaching out to have most of the information they need to press charges and ready a case on Natasha’s behalf.
As mentioned in our first post about these brake check insurance fraud scammers, Natasha is waiting on her insurance to provide the proper documentation so she can move forward.
