This wrong-way driver likely exited the shops at Pavilion II Centre and entered 316th St. going the wrong way.

King County Commuter and Redditor /u/TheGlamazonian255 shared headshaking dashcam footage from earlier in November (Nov 21, 2025) to the /r/IdiotsInCars subreddit showing a wrong-way driver trying to self-correct to go the right way and narrowly causing their own t-bone accident in the process.

Check out the dashcam footage embedded below with the original Reddit thread linked here.

The incident happened at the intersection of 316th St. and Highway 99 (exact location on Google Maps linked here.)

As the dashcam shows, OP is in a left-turn lane headed onto 316th St.

To her left, she can see a driver pull up and stop, but they’re headed in the wrong direction, a wrong-way driver.

The driver likely entered the wrong way exiting the shops, as shown below.

Where the wrong-way driver turned left instead of going to the rightmost lane.

With traffic facing them and nowhere to turn around, they did the best they could and began to signal right to hopefully turn without hitting anyone.

Execution left something to be desired as they turned right just as traffic next to them got the green, resulting in them almost getting t-boned by a driver in a Toyota RAV-4.

Thankfully, the RAV-4 driver was paying attention and narrowly avoided hitting the wrong-way driver.

“Multiple idiots in this one, from the red light runners to the right-hand turn from the left lane (wrong lane,)” the top comment from /u/DarthVader1701A reads.

“Do those drivers ever think, ‘Why is everybody honking at me all the time? Geez, people are so impatient!!” /u/pimpbot666 added.

“I used to think the way NPCs in games like GTA were unrealistic. Maybe it isn’t after all,” thought /u/TomyTom99

In Washington state, driving the wrong way on a one-way street (RCW 46.61.135) carries a base fine of $48 before all the fees. (Washington State Legislature)
