This Florida resident spotted that one UPS truck involved in a police shootout being unceremoniously hauled away for evidence.
In a shooting involving a young UPS driver and a civilian in the wrong place at the wrong time that still has the nation reeling with the police’s show of force, police did not alter said truck before hauling it away on the back of a big-rig. That fateful truck was spotted on a Florida freeway earlier last Friday (Dec. 6,2019) being hauled away for further scrutinizing by the proper authorities.
Here’s the video making the rounds on social media below.
When I say nothing’s been tampered with, I mean literally nothing as evidenced when the video recorder drove by. Dozens of bullet holes are visible from several feet away, the product of several police officers opening fire in a crowded public area when they claim their hand was forced.
According to The Washington Post on their follow-up report on the matter, most likely every shot is going to be accounted for and preserving evidence, however grim, is probably departmental procedure.
Since the shooting, a GoFundMe has been set up by the UPS Driver’s brother Roy Ordonez. Close to $200,000 is raised so far not only to cover the cost of a proper burial, but to provide for Frank Ordonez’s two daughters and for any litigation that arises against Florida police.
The same person sharing Frank’s trunk being hauled away also shared his viewing information if you’re in the Florida area. The message invites all who would like to pay their respects to Frank.
