A marketing man’s magnum opus
Founder of Nowadays Media and properly pissed Robinhood user Kaspar Povilanskas, who goes by @KasperCMS on Twitter, was so upset Robinhood sided with “the man” earlier this week he counted off about $1,000, hired a private banner pilot, and got him to spell out this to fly in front of Robinhood’s Menlo Park HQ earlier yesterday (Jan 29,2021)

Initially Povilanskas put down enough money for an out-and-back flight from Livermore to San Francisco but, with a couple hundred bucks already invested he said **** it and made it a round-trip flight over Robinhood’s Menlo Park HQ.
It was tough going’s finding a pilot that was up for it because, well; it says that! But thankfully one was brave enough to answer the call.
Supposedly these pilots charge upwards of $600 an hour. Money well spent, if you ask me.
Here’s the plane gracing Bay Area skies with its message that speaks for all.
No word if any actual Robinhood employees saw the banner but with 4,500 retweets and over 20,000 likes, there’s a good chance someone did.
If you didn’t already know, Robinhood is an app-based trading house that makes it easy for anyone with a pulse and a smartphone to buy and sell stocks, options, and ETFs. It was the number one app Reddit users from the /r/WallStreetBets subreddit used to take advantage of an upcoming short sell on GameStop Stock.
Driving up the price far beyond where short sellers hoped it would land, Robinhood pulled the plug on several stocks, including GameStop, restricting trading during a crucial period.
This, understandably, upset millions of users who felt they were cheated out of a windfall.
Whether the Squeeze has been squoze has yet to be seen.
As of thus writing, according to IsTheSqueezeSquoze.com (Yes, that an actual site and you should check it out) no squeeze yet.
