If true, what a baller but kind of petty move.

Rumors are abound that American Rapper Quavo, of the Migos, did something super petty (or as the internet dubbed it, mad corny) and called in a repo-man to take back his $500,000 Bentley Continental GT Convertible from his now ex Saweetie earlier this week.

Both Quavo and Saweetie were once a hot item for a good part of three years, an eternity in the entertainment industry.

According to ET Online, it looks like Quavo was the one who took his side business too far, apparently cheating on Saweetie behind her back.

“I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating that degrades my character,” the “Best Friend” rapper wrote. “Presents don’t band aid scars and the love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women.”

“I emotionally checked out a long time ago and have walked away with a deep sense of peace and freedom. Excited for this new chapter of elevation,” she added.

Life looked perfect for the American rap power couple when Quavo gifted said 2020 Bentley Continental GT Convertible to Saweetie just months prior, two days before 2021 turned over.

In a now infamous Instagram post and an exclusive behind-the-scenes video of the delivery, Saweetie can be seen on camera absolutely gushing over her new toy.

Not to be outdone by other peasants and their Bentleys, this one is custom with interior and exterior touches reflecting Saweetie’s alter ego as Icy or “Icy Girl.”

Continental GT Convertible’s MSRP for around $222,000 but rumor is this one, custom touches and all, ringed up for $500,000 and change. It’s hard to make out in the dark, but this one’s also painted Icy Blue, an homage to Saweetie’s nickname-sake.

While supposedly a gift, it looks like Quavo’s full name was on the title, registration and insurance. You can be darn sure someone on Quavo’s team was also deducting that Bently off Quavo’s tax returns.

While petty, I don’t blame the guy. I would take offense to the former “love of my life” enjoying the fruits of my labor when the break-up wasn’t amicable, rumors of infidelity on either side. Someone else more loyal and grateful can enjoy this monster of a whip on my team, instead.
