Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Chief of Staff shared on Twitter how AOC jumped into action, helping this stranded motorist back on the road.

How many DC employees does it take to jump-start a Honda Civic? Apparently 5.

Mike Casca (who goes by @CascaMike on X) shared on the former bird app how her boss, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, jumped into action and helped a driver with a dead battery jump-start their Honda Civic in the middle of the Capitol Plaza.

Check out Casca’s tweet below.

“When your car battery dies on the Capitol Plaza, instead of calling AAA you just need @AOC,” his tweet reads.

Casca’s tweet shows the Congresswoman’s hands deep into an engine bay connecting what looks like a jumper pack to the dead battery of this 2010’s Honda Civic.

Looking on are two Capitol Police officers, one presumed DC staffer, and Casca himself presumably taking the photo so, five people total (about the joke above.)

I blogged about how AOC drives a Tesla Model 3 so, why does she have a battery pack for her EV?

If you didn’t already know, most, if not all electric cars have a regular 12 volt battery to run accessories so, technically, EVs can still get a dead battery.

This is probably why AOC has a jump pack on her, you never know when you’ll need it.

Case in point.

Twitter users were amazed at AOC’s practicality and applauded her efforts.

Props to AOC for being prepared, not only for dead batteries but to help others in a pinch.

Democrat, Republican, Independent, etc, helping others with a dead battery is an issue that reaches across the aisle.
