Dashcam captures unhinged driver behavior as reckless driver speeds & cuts across dashcam owner at a gore point to make their exit.
Presumed Connecticut resident and Redditor /u/MoreKnuckleballsPlz shared unhinged dashcam footage from the Connecticut Turnpike from earlier this year (Sept 2, 2024) showing a reckless driver in what looks like a Chevrolet Traverse cut in front of /u/MoreKnuckleballsPlz at the very last second and across a gore point so they could make their exit.
Check out the dashcam footage below.

The incident happened on the Connecticut Turnpike (I-95) just before Exit 41 onto Marsh Hill Rd. (Exact location on Google Maps linked here.)
As his dashcam shows, this happened around 6 in the morning.
/u/MoreKnuckleballsPlz is driving in the slow lane in their Toyota Prius when, for no good reason, a driver in a silver Chevrolet cuts in front of OP across the gore point at a high rate of speed.
“I was in shock,” /u/MoreKnuckleballsPlz commented.
“I have no idea how there wasn’t contact.”
OP confirmed there was no one behind him so that driver technically could’ve slotted behind OP like a normal person.
This is arguably reckless driving, and in Connecticut, guilty parties are subject to a fine of up to $300, loss of license, up to 30 days in jail, and more.
“I watch this sub so much, this shouldn’t surprise me anymore. Yet, here I am, blood pressure raised and in awe,” /u/Mouse_Balls commented.
“Slowing down is never an option,” /u/organic sarcastically added.
“If there was a drop of water on that road he woulda gone out of control. Really shocked that’s not what happened here. What a lunatic,” /u/GoingNeon replied.
There is no excuse for this driving behavior and everyone probably agrees I hope they get caught soon, before they hurt themselves or others.
