The driver in the Dodge Challenger did their best to dodge the dangerous driver out for revenge.

Jackson County commuter and Redditor /u/semajessej shared shocking dashcam footage from earlier last week (Oct 21, 2025) to the /r/idiotsincars subreddit showing an unhinged driver out for revenge resorting to extreme road rage by way of a pit maneuver on another driver who apparently didn’t get out of the fast lane quickly enough.

Check out the dashcam footage embedded below with the original Reddit thread linked here.

The incident happened on MO-152 just before the 169 interchange (Exact location on Google Maps linked here.)

As OP’s dashcam shows, they’re travelling in the left (slow) lane of MO-152 when he’s rudely cut off by a driver in a white Ford Expedition who is trying to overtake a driver in a red Dodge Challenger.

The Challenger driver tries to do the right thing, getting out of the fast lane ASAP, but unfortunately syncs up with the driver in the Expedition, simultaneously overtaking from the right.

Now the Challenger is blocking the Expedition…again, which only further fans the flames of his “anger.”

The Expedition gets into the fast lane, finally, but then does something truly unhinged by attempting to pit the Challenger.

The Challenger driver SWERVES out of the way, narrowly avoiding getting hit and spun around.

The driver in the Expedition cowardly exits onto the 169, the parting shot showing the Challenger driver continuing.

As to what happened before the clip, we can only speculate.

“If dude would calm the f*** down, he would have had the whole left lane ahead of him,” the top comment from /u/worksafe_Joe reads.

“Red car literally did exactly as he was supposed to. In the left lane while passing slower traffic, switched back to the right lane once the passing was complete in a reasonable amount of time. The white SUV decided he could get mad about how fast the red car passed, which… isn’t true. Or safe,” /u/Turbulent_Crow7164 replied.

“That’s some good evasive maneuvers from the driver in the Challenger. A bit more delayed reaction and that would have been messy,” /u/Mad4noreason added.

In MO, if a civilian driver attempts a PIT maneuver, it may be considered reckless driving, which is classified as “careless and imprudent driving” under Missouri law. This offense can result in a Class B misdemeanor, carrying penalties of up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. Additionally, 4 points are added to the driver’s license
