A driver coming to an abrupt stop on this 75 onramp triggered a chain reaction of bad driving, ending a two drivers in trucks entangled in their own mess.
Tulsa County commuter and Redditor /u/RosieSunFunHouse shared headshaking dashcam footage from earlier last week (Nov 2, 2025) to the /r/IdiotsInCars subreddit showing an absolute clusterf*** of a chain reaction resulting in two drivers in their respective trucks crashing into each other…and it all started with this genius coming to a stop on this 75 onramp.
Check out the dashcam footage embedded below with the original Reddit thread linked here.
The incident happened on Highway 75, a bit before the intersection with W 131St St (exact location on Google Maps linked here.)
As the dashcam shows, OP is driving along the 75 towards the aforementioned intersection.
To his left, a driver in a white sedan, followed by a truck towing a utility trailer, is attempting to merge on the 75 using what looks like a new-ish on-ramp.
For some reason, the driver in the white car comes to a complete stop.
The driver following, towing a utility trailer, is either too impatient to wait behind this stopped car or takes matters into his own hands.
He swerves onto the highway, bypassing the stopped car.
At the same time, a driver to the left of OP in the fast lane perhaps sees the driver towing the utility trailer wildly swerving onto the highway and overreacts, quickly jerking his wheel to the left.

In a sports car, this maneuver would’ve been easily correctable, but in a mid-2000s Chevrolet Suburban/Tahoe, physics takes over, sending the Tahoe left, then right, almost perpendicular to the highway at the same time the driver towing the utility trailer approaches.
The driver in the Tahoe gets t-boned smack dab in the middle of the end of his truck bed and utility trailer, causing both to spin out dramatically, both pointing in opposite directions after the dust settled.
That stopped car? Still there, watching the fruits of her chaos play out in front of them.

“Officers said the driver (in the Tahoe) wasn’t licensed. Looked like just your average Joe white guy. Given the area, he’s either a terrible driver due to mental health reasons or he was under the influence (or both),” OP clarified.
“The white car that stopped is the idiot that caused all this….,” one of the top comments from /u/The_Cozy_Burrito reads.
“Never ceases to amaze me how quickly people like the black SUV can lose control. 30 year old tires, seat fully reclined, one hand at 12 o clock for the most jerky response that throws the balance of the car around,” /u/Tw0Rails added.
In Oklahoma, stopping on an on-ramp and causing a collision is typically charged as careless or reckless driving, with fines generally ranging from $150 to $500 and 2 or more points on your license. The exact penalty depends on the severity of the crash, injuries, and local court rules, with jail time possible in more serious cases.
