This driver in a Toyota Camry had no intention of yielding to oncoming traffic, almost causing his own T-bone accident.
Philadelphia driver and Redditor /u/sn0m0ns shared headshaking dashcam footage from earlier in November (Nov 7, 2025) to the /r/IdiotsInCars subreddit showing a driver in a Toyota Camry brute forcing their way onto Torresdale with no intention to yield, at all.
Check out the bonehead move on dashcam embedded below with the original Reddit thread linked here.
The incident happened just on Torresdale Ave, just past the intersection with Friendship St. (exact location on Google Maps linked here.)
As the dashcam shows, OP is driving down Torresdale at and around the speed limit when he approaches the aforementioned intersection and begins to pass the local Exxon.
Suddenly, a driver in a beige Toyota Camry exiting the station begins to roll out onto Torresdale.
Drivers exiting driveways can only do so if it’s safe, and that means yielding to traffic with the right of way.
The Camry driver shows no intention to stop and continues to roll through, right in front of OP.
Thankfully, OP was paying attention and slammed on his brakes while moving to the right a little, narrowly avoiding t-boning the Camry.
“What the f***?,” OP exclaims, giving a final heaping of horn as the driver makes a right turn of shame onto Wellington.
“No shame at all,” one of the top comments from /u/zorian99 reads.
“DOOM. Turn it up, brother,” /u/t4Runner17 adds, referencing OP’s music.
“Always tinted,” /u/Hefty-Equipment-7307 pointed out, noting the Camry’s wrap-around, extremely dark, and questionably legal tint job.
In Pennsylvania, a typical “failure to yield when entering a roadway between intersections” under § 3324 carries 3 points on your driving record. (legis.state.pa.us)
The basic fine listed for this type of violation is $25 (plus court costs) unless local circumstances or a more serious citation apply. (downeyfirm.com)
