Elon Musk took some time after Christmas to tweet some thanks but to also ask the greater Twitterverse how he can improve Tesla.
It’s no secret that Elon Musk is not one to shy away from social media but uses various platforms to its fullest potential Earlier today (Dec. 26,2017) Elon Musk took some time to not only tweet a bit of thanks to owners worldwide but to open up his twitter as a forum on how he could improve Tesla even further. With as many critics as Tesla has fans, there were literally thousands of replies from to the tweet. Here are the Top five tweets that not only got a bunch of likes from other people but got replies from Musk himself.
1. A Tesla Truck
I promise that we will make a pickup truck right after Model Y. Have had the core design/engineering elements in my mind for almost 5 years. Am dying to build it.

One of the biggest replies that garnered its own host of articles and coverage was that Tesla would be building an all-electric truck shortly after Tesla made a Model Y. Additionally, Musk revealed that the Tesla truck would be similarly sized to a Ford F-150 with one game-changing feature. According to this Reddit thread that popped up shortly after, a couple of people think that Elon wants to make a fully articulating truck bed, a mini-dump truck for everyone.
2. An even more advanced Auto Pilot
Sorry for the delay. We have the most advanced AI neural net of any consumer product by far, so it’s going through exhaustive testing. The results are blowing me away though and I think you will have a similar experience.

Although the term AutoPilot is a bit of a misnomer, it’s arguably one of the better autonomous driving systems out there. Any update from Tesla will surely be another step towards full autonomy.
3. Tesla app will include the ability to turn on heated seats, steering wheel, and rear window defrost.
Should be in next update

This one’s pretty self-explanatory.
4. Someone asked to not have Bluetooth auto-connect with a Tesla owners phone and Elon Musk pretty much confirmed it would be done.
Done

This might’ve been the fastest update in automotive history.
5. Tesla will be adding dashcam capability to all cameras, ambient lighting, sign recognition, and an auto volume setting for open doors.
Was gonna say we’ll do all but the last, but that last one sounds like good, cheesy fun 🙂
