Update (Apr 8, 2018)- Fred Lump Lump makes his first appearance on social media since he went missing.
It’s been 41 days since everyone started posting and spreading information about Ernesto Aguilar Gonzalez aka Fred Lump Lump in hopes that they would find him after he went missing in Mexico and now we have some good news. According to Fred Lump Lump’s family on his personal Instagram earlier this weekend (Mar. 10,2018) it looks like they’ve found Fred Lump Lump safe and sound and he’s currently en route home to reunite with his family. Check out the Instagram post for yourself below and if that post goes down, I’ve inserted some screenshots as well.
Fred Lump Lump has been missing since the end of January. It was reported that he left California to go to Mexico to discuss a tire deal with a potential supplier. This family became concerned after Fred Lump Lump stopped posting on social media, didn’t have contact with his family in a while, and missed his flight home. As he’s a hardworking and humble member of the local drifting and tuning community in Southern California, social media was flooded with posts to find him. Some people even posted up videos like this one below.
Shortly after his family learned of his disappearance, they did clue his friends and family in that they were going to hire a private investigator to handle his case as presumably, the local police are already swamped with requests to find a missing people already among other police related activities in their jurisdiction.
Those who wanted to help were directed to a Go Fund Me page where the funds would be used to help out Fred Lump Lump’s family while they went to search for him. The description of his Go Fund Me wasn’t optimistic about his return.
The family still has not heard from Ernie, so they are planning to hire a PI to help find him. They are also trying to prepare for the very worst, and if needed, bring him home to be laid to rest.
So far, over $14K of the $5K goal has been donated.
Thankfully, this story has a happy ending and he’s been found. According to the Instagram post above.
We are blessed and fortunate to share the good news that Ernie has been located and is alive!
Of course, details were scant on what happened to Fred Lump Lump and it’s anyone’s guess at this point. But none of that matters really. He was lost and now he’s found!
We need a update on this! He took everyone’s money and ran with no explanation!!
