This photog’s friend got his car destroyed by a drunk driver but he took it as an opportunity to flex his camera skills.
This Dodge Neon owner got his car hit by a drunk driver in the middle of the night. It’s standard procedure to take photos of the damage after the fact, it just so happens this Dodge Neon owner had a photographer friend stop by to check out the aftermath.
Being a photog, he didn’t just take any ordinary crash photos from his smartphone, he turned his friend’s wrecked Dodge Neon into a full-blown professional photo shoot. Check out the photos for yourself below.

This isn’t any ordinary Dodge Neon, this one is the factory turbocharged variant, the mighty SRT-4 of torque steer lore. Plus, this one’s sporting some tasteful JDM wheels (5Zigen FNO1RCs.) This is definitely someone’s pride and joy.
This drunk driver’s damage isn’t all that bad, but it’s still pretty rough. The front wheel’s bent inwards, a sign the front steering’s compromised. If the force made its way into the transmission, that’ll be even more expensive.
Accoring to the comments, the drunk driver was an underage drinker who made a bad decicsion.
But these crash photos are A-1. Supposedly he used a 35mm prime lens to get an up close look of the damage, a real photographers lens choice.

I admire this guy’s initiative, taking lemons and making some lemonade out of the situation. Nothing’s going to reverse the damage so while you have a car in front of you, might as well take some photos, right?
