From time to time Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweets out strange references, this time from a hit Netflix show adapted from a book.

It’s early in the morning in California and Elon Musk is up tweeting out Witcher references. Earlier today Elon Musk tweeted out some Witcher lyrics from the show’s opening theme, put his own spin on the song, and answered a handful of questions from his fans.

Check out his tweets below.

Witcher is a series of novels and short stories surrounding the book’s protagonist, a witcher, one Geralt of Rivia. The show’s been adapted to the big screen and is available for streaming on Netflix.

The lyrics Musk tweeted out are from the show’s opening theme.

It looks like the theme song is quite catchy, so much so that it’s been stuck in people’s heads in both a good and annoying way.

Dogecoin is a cryptocurrency ranked 30th in the world.

According to CoinBase,

Dogecoin is a cryptocurrency that was created as a joke — its name is a reference to a popular Internet meme. It shares many features with Litecoin. However, unlike Litecoin, there is no hard cap on the number of Dogecoins that can be produced.”

Elon Musk has also changed his personalized handle to “Buff Mage” probably another reference to the show.

A Mage is another word for a magician or leaner’d person.

Does Elon consider himself to be some kind of swole genius? One fan asked and he replied with,

Again, fitting since his SpaceX projects sort of deals with fire and electricity is for his car company.

I guess Musk, like all of us bored late at night, is just watching Netflix and is really enjoying Witcher.

I haven’t watched any of the show myself but Rotten Tomatoes audience score gives the series a 93 so it’s probably an OK watch.

Witcher, Elon Musk is watching it.
