They’ve trained their entire lives for this moment.

Bodybuilder Dominick Nicolai, who goes by @dominicolai on TikTok and Instagram, shared an awesome bit of video yesterday showing him and his bodybuilding bros helping to free an Anaheim police officer’s stuck cop car after it got high centered mid-pursuit.

Check out how the entire rescue operation went down via @Dominicolai’s Instagram below.

Nicolai and three of his friends were driving around, presumably after a sick lift session, and came upon a pair of Anaheim Police officers and their Dodge Charger Pursuit vehicles.

One of them was stuck.

As mentioned, one officer had to abandon the chase after his Charger got stick mid-pursuit.

“Hey, Officer!,” Nicolai shouts out to the cop. “Do you guys need any help? We have four guys who are bodybuilders. We can help you lift.”

True to his word, Nicolai and his friends are legit bodybuilders. Nicolai is an actual International Federation of Body Builders professional.

Charger Pursuits are seriously heavy police cars. At more than 4,500 pounds and with a lot of that weight hanging off the rear, these boys had their work cut out for them.

You could see the officer who got stuck was a tad skeptical that they could pull it off but, as the video shows, all that was needed was a strong push to get that Charger’s rear tires to hook.

What follows is, as TikToker Celtbud68 commented, “the most American celebration ever.”

As these bros show, bodybuilding doesn’t just build show muscles.

When their fellow man is in need and where a bit of strength is all that’s needed, they are more than willing to help.

Nicolai also happens to be a Marine Corp vet, so helping others through team work came naturally.

A moment they will all remember forever.

Bodybuilding is often seen as a narcissistic and egocentric sport. Thankfully, social media is able to document the often opposite nature of that stereotype.

As TikToker ProfessorProdigy commented, “They’ll bring this up for years when anybody asks why they lift weights.”
