The dashcam owner called it the “Best Instant Karma” he’s seen in real life.

Virginia resident and Redditor /u/WestMoth shared a dashcam video to the /r/IdiotsInCars subreddit showing the instant karma moment when a driver in a U-Haul moving truck and his buddy in a BMW both got pulled over right cutting a Porsche turning left.

Check out the dashcam video for yourself below.

[OC] Best instant karma I’ve seen IRL. Two cars cut off porsche turning left but don’t realize undercover cop is right behind them.

The incident happened at the intersection of Braddock Rd. and Ox Rd. in Fairfax, VA (Exact location on Google Maps linked here.)

/u/Westmoth explains it best.

“I was waiting to turn left behind the white Porsche, and a van pulls in front of the Porsche during the red light. I guess he was going somewhere with a buddy, and his buddy (black BMW) stopped to my right after the van pulled in front of the Porsche.

You can hear people honking at his buddy because he is now blocking traffic from going straight for a good 10 seconds or so.”

Unbeknownst to both the U-Haul and BMW driver is there’s a police officer observing it all play out.

“I saw a cop in my rearview mirror and thought about telling them, but didn’t. Karma came swiftly.”

Moments before instant karma.

As you can see in the video, shortly after they all turn left, a police officer comes blazing past OP and the Porsche with his blues and tunes on.

First, the BMW pulls to the left and, since they’re together with the U-Haul driver, the U-Haul van pulls over, too.

“They looked to be about 19-20 years old.”

“The Porsche was getting ready to shred past them pissed off and saw the cop lights last second lol,” /u/KvotheTheDegen commented.

“The U-Haul driver pulled over also, lol. “Guilty as charged, sir!,” /u/IkNOwNUTTINGck humorously added.

“I just want to point out the Porsche’s plate says Shadowfax. Awesomest plate I’ve seen yet,” pointed out.

Blocking an intersection and cutting off another driver like this is definitely against the law and can be considered failing to yield the right of way.

This type of traffic infraction possibly carries a host of citations that can result in, fines, points, a license suspension, and even jail time.

Hopefully both drivers pulled over learn a valuable lesson from this and not to be d***heads on the road.
