This confused driver entered a two-lane roundabout on GA-155 going the wrong way.

Clayton County-area driver and Redditor /u/Turbulent-Command-61 shared head-shaking dashcam footage from earlier in September (Sept. 5, 2026) to the /r/IdiotsInCars subreddit, showing a driver entering this two-lane roundabout on GA-155 going the wrong way.

Check out how it all played out below with the original Reddit thread linked here.

The incident happened at this two-lane roundabout along GA-155 S, specifically at Snapfinger Rd. and Panola Rd (Exact location on Google Maps linked here.)

As shown, OP can be seen driving south down 155 towards McDonough.

As she approaches the aforementioned roundabout, they’re in the rightmost lane headed straight.

In front of her, in the left lane, a driver in a gold Honda Pilot can be seen entering the roundabout but turning left, against the flow of traffic.

Thankfully, the only other cars in the roundabout at that time were near Panola Rd, a good distance away from the confused driver headed the wrong way.

“It was so unexpected I actually started laughing. It reminds me of a clip I saw where a little kid hits a baseball and takes off running to third – it just visually hits your brain so wrong 😂,” one of the top comments from /u/BMCGowan89 reads.

“I’m turning left,” /u/Dahnlor added.

“That’s what they were thinking.”

“And maybe some other things that weren’t relevant to the task of driving.”

In Ellenwood, GA (Clayton County), entering a roundabout in the wrong direction would generally be cited as failure to obey a traffic-control device, with a typical fine of up to $1,000 and 3 points on a Georgia license. If the maneuver is treated as driving on the wrong side of the roadway, additional charges could apply depending on the circumstances.
